Hand an order to the customer

The till's "Deliver" button. Moves the order through the remaining kitchen stages one by one until delivered, so the kitchen display, the order board and webhooks see each step. Only paid orders (or open table orders) still in the kitchen can be delivered; an order awaiting payment at the counter returns 409, and so does one already delivered. A key bound to a branch only reaches its own branch's orders.
